We normally break our flow and return lines at each day-end so we don’t freeze our lines. How can you be of service to us?

Hot Probes supplies constant 24 hour heat to the pump lines. Our constant supply of heat eliminates the need to break flow lines, thus saving our clients time and money.

Can Hot Probes save us money during a rig move?

When compared to traditional applications, our on-board fuel storage, and absence of water, allow our operators to move the system from project to project without costly trucking and delivery charges.

Tank valves freeze even if the 400bl tank is heated. What solution can your offer our company?

When we supply heat to a 400bl tank, the lines we use are wrapped around the valves so they are heated 24 hours/day.

Testing vessels have a problem of freezing in the cold weather. Can you provide us with a heating solution?

Yes. We run our glycol lines to the steam coil to heat the testing vessel. We can also use our glycol lines to wrap valves, the manifolds and site glasses, which prevents freezing.

We currently use 20 degree water when pumping to stop from freezing. What alternative can you offer us?

All of the lines, tanks, pumps and equipment are supplied with a constant 24 hour heat, which eliminates the need to heat kill fluids.
