Hot
Air Heat
This type of heat supplies hot, dry air to any desired
area, 24 hours a day. This heat is used to heat BOP’s,
flow lines, pumper units, snubbing units, and any other
equipment on site. Hot air is a safer heat, and also
eliminates the steam clouds that are usually present
with most heating systems. The hot air removes moisture,
making the handling of valves and equipment safer. This
method introduces fresh air for the worksite and to
the manpower, displacing non-moving or stagnant air.
Line Heat
This heat is delivered by lines carrying environmentally
friendly heated glycol that are used to wrap valves
and heat fluid tanks using their built-in steam coils.
This system can supply heat to a coil tubing injector,
which is not otherwise possible with traditional applications.
Our current system allows heat to be applied to coil
tube injectors that are upto 75 feet in the air.
